T-CARD MUSTER & EMERGENCY RESPONSE CABINETS

Risk Safety Systems provide a full turn-key design, fabrication and installation service for our extensive range of regulatory and precautionary signs. We can take control of the whole package, from site or desk-top survey, production of an MTO that meets all legislative and class requirements, fabrication, supply and installation. For the first time a ‘package-vendor’ service is now available for your signage, general information, muster, and emergency procedure boards and units. These can be provided in either pictorial or pictorial / written format.

Muster Station Cabinets are designed to provide assembly points in the case of an Emergency. T-Cards are provided for up to 150 personnel per cabinet, when ordering please specify for Interior or Exterior use. Emergency Response Boards are provided with T-Cards and are designed to designate personnel assigned to Emergency Response duties. RSS can supply our muster station systems with Stainless or fiberglass cabinets, both are heard wearing and suitable for marine environments.

The cabinets are bolted to our 34”h x 30” wide Di-bond back boards, this makes then suitable for mounting on hand rails or bulkheads. The di-bond boards are stove lacquered and hardwearing, The T-card racks are mounted within the cabinet.

RSS can supply T-card racks for 50/75/100 and 150. With the 150 cards per cabinets the racks and t-cards are smaller to enable sufficient slots to be mounted within the 24” x 16” x 6” cabinets.

Standard T-cards are for 50/75/100 slots are model number 4, for 150 please quote model no 2.

T-cards are supplied in white card and lined, however plastic colored cards are available in both sizes, please specify when ordering.

Muster and Assembly Board, Cabinet Size and Specification:

All dimensions are based on the Stainless Steel muster station box, these can vary slightly. The overall dimensions will remain constant however layout spacing could change slightly. Maximum size in all cases 740mm – 29.1” inches x 870mm – 34.2” inches.

Each cabinet is supplied with a fixing kit comprising of the following options:

1. Handrail fixing kit – please advise handrail size for brackets

2. Bulkhead fixing kit – supplied with either - screws or heavy duty all weather adhesive, please specify

The backing board is constructed from 4mm Di-bond aluminum with white stove lacquered from and rear layers, suitable for harsh environments and UV resistant. Pictograms are vinyl with non fading UV resistant ink. The Muster Cabinet box is 316 Stainless Steel and suitable for both internal or external applications. When ordering please specify hinge style. Options side mounted pull clips or front swivel handle.

4 x T-Card racks are supplied with a maximum card holding capacity of 100, in this case the racks will be designed to hold 100 T-Card.

Internal/External RSSMS02 Cabinet

Fiberglass Cabinet 740mm x 870mm crew muster with removable station display for designated Muster areas for personnel.
