Pipe Markers

Risk Safety Systems provide a comprehensive range of Coiled Pipe Markers, Pipe Tapes, Lock Out Tags, Safety Labels and Safety Signs, to ensure you remain compliant at all times.

RSS Pipe Markers are available in three types:

Pressure sensitive markers, are available for use on relatively clean surfaces.

Snap around pipe markers, for general purpose marking are for use on wet, cold, oily, or rusty surfaces that do not permit the use of pressure sensitive markers.

Wrap around polyester pipe markers, are high performance markers for pipes from 1/2” to 8” outside diameter with excellent resistance to UV degradation, abrasion, high temperature, and weathering with an average durability of 5 - 7 years outdoors.

High performance fiberglass markers, are for use on pipe that exceeds 8” in outside diameter and are attached with stainless steel strapping.

Roll form pipe markers, allow you to cut the marker to the exact length. Simply roll of the amount, cut, peel back the protective liner and apply to the pipe.

RSS pipe markers and tags include all relevant data necessary for easy identification of service, providing critical data for the operator in normal operation or accident events .

RSS pipe markers and tags conform to ISO 14726-2:2002 “ Identification Colors for the Content of Piping Systems.”

RSS pipe markers and tags are designed specifically for the harsh offshore environment and are resistant to salt water, high UV, acids hydrocarbons and caustics.

Coiled Pipe Wraps are constructed from Polyester and are designed to wrap around interior and exterior pipe’s. Our pipe markers are

screen printed and offer our 5 year Life Span.

Coiled Self Locating Material - No preparation required suitable for temperatures from - 40 to 160 F. Products include:
